1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the StochLab website, indicator scripts, screeners, calculators, research pages, and AI tools (together, the "Service"), operated by StochLab Systems Inc. ("StochLab", "we"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides technical-analysis software, market research and educational content. It is impersonal: nothing in the Service is tailored to your financial situation, and nothing in it is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser; we never accept deposits, hold funds, connect to your account with trade permissions, or execute trades. 3. Accounts and access delivery

Paid toolkit access is delivered as invite-only TradingView scripts granted to the platform username you provide at checkout (MetaTrader delivery, when available, is licensed to your account number). You are responsible for providing the correct username and keeping your account credentials secure. Access is for one person; sharing, reselling, or pooling access is prohibited.

4. Plans, billing and the guarantee

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price you signed up at until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from your account; access runs to the end of the paid period.
• Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from first purchase — ask and we refund, no forms.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for ongoing access to the covered products and their updates for the life of the Service.
• Payments are processed by third-party processors; we do not store card numbers.

5. Acceptable use

• No decompiling, scraping, redistributing or republishing scripts, data, or research beyond personal use.
• No using the Service to violate the rules of your broker, prop firm, or trading platform.
• No abuse of AI credits, rate limits, or free tiers through automation or multiple accounts.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms; where the breach is curable we will say what and why.

6. Intellectual property

All scripts, code, models, research documents, branding and page content are our property or licensed to us. Open-source items in the free library carry their own stated licenses. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the Service without obligation.

7. Third-party platforms

TradingView, MetaTrader, Discord and payment providers are independent services with their own terms. Their availability is outside our control; if a platform revokes or changes script hosting, we will provide access by reasonable alternative means where possible.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are never liable for trading losses; trading decisions are yours alone.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes are announced on the site and dated above. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 6, 8 and the Risk Disclosure survive termination.
