Plain-English summary: we collect the minimum needed to deliver access and support — your email, the platform username you give us for script delivery, and order records held by our payment processor. We don't store card numbers, we don't run invasive tracking, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

  • Account & delivery data — email address, and the TradingView username (or MetaTrader account number) you provide so we can grant script access.
  • Order data — plan, price, and payment status from our payment processors. Card numbers stay with the processor; we never see or store them.
  • Support & community data — messages you send us, and your Discord handle if you join the community and link a role.
  • Usage data — basic, aggregate analytics on site pages and AI-credit usage tied to your account for metering. Free calculators run entirely in your browser and send us nothing.

2. What we use it for

  • Delivering and revoking product access, metering credits, and providing support.
  • Sending transactional email (receipts, renewal reminders — we remind you before renewals, not after) and, if you opt in, the newsletter. Every marketing email has one-click unsubscribe.
  • Fraud prevention and keeping the affiliate program honest.

3. What we never do

  • Sell or rent your personal data.
  • Store card numbers or exchange/broker API keys — the Service is built to never need them.
  • Track you across other sites for advertising.

4. Who processes data for us

Payment processors (checkout and subscriptions), our hosting provider (site delivery), email service (transactional and opt-in mail), and Discord (community roles). Each receives only what its function needs and is bound by its own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support threads are kept while useful. You can ask us to delete your account data; we will, except what the law requires us to keep.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and object to marketing at any time. EU/UK visitors: our lawful bases are contract performance (delivery), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, minimal analytics) and consent (newsletter). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use the minimum: session state for signed-in areas and a preference cookie (like theme or pricing toggle). No third-party ad cookies.
